Wow, we were blown away by the utter luxury and excellent service at this hotel. From the concierge who greeted us on arrival and whisked our luggage to our room, to the seamless check-in, to the OUTSTANDING luxury room, to the delicious offerings at the Three Blue Ducks restaurant who squeezed us in at short notice, to the amazing and beautifully appointed AWAY spa, sauna, steam precinct. We were saying 'ooh' and 'wow' everywhere we went, it's a very very fabulous hotel. We had a wonderful nights sleep in the biggest king bed we've ever tried .. and seamless check out etc. Stay here!

A Marvelous Stay in a "Marvelous Suite"

Our stay at the W was marvelous from the moment we arrived. The Valet service promptly greeted us as soon as we drove into the entry.

On approaching the reception we were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff member.

Admittedly we arrived earlier than the usual check in time, expecting to have a drink at the Wet Deck while waiting for our room. However the lady at reception was very accommodating and kindly found a suite available for us straight away.

Upon entering our Marvelous Suite we were blown away by the space, the view of South Bank and the attention to detail of the suites interior design was fantastic!

The bathroom is incredible… we absolutely loved the big bath tub with the tv on the wall.. and the double shower is as big as our home bathroom.

As we got acquainted with the suite our luggage was speedily brought to us by a very friendly and welcoming guy, shortly followed by the delivery of a complimentary welcome fruit bowl.

We took advantage of visiting the Day spa to enjoy the mineral vitality pools which are complimentary for guests. They are so relaxing and would highly recommend making a booking to enjoy this wonderful experience.

We pre-ordered in room dining for dinner which arrived right on time and it was fresh, delicious and great value.

The suite is large enough to entertain friends for drinks.. the lounges seat 6 people.. and the high bar has 4 stools.

The fantastic Nespresso Coffee machine and yummy breakfast was a nice morning treat.

The great customer service that we experienced was a real highlight during our stay.

We are definitely looking forward to staying at the W again!
